eTOMMENS designs and builds DC power supplies in Dongguan, Guangdong, China — R&D at Songshan Lake, production at Dalingshan. This page shows the facility that stands behind every programmable, regulated and high-power DC power supply we ship.
Our plant covers 10,000 sq m and runs 10 production lines. Together they produce over 20,000 power sources per month, from 300 W benchtop units to high-power rack and cabinet systems. Design, assembly and test all happen on the same site, so a change agreed with a customer reaches the line without leaving the building.

The four figures above are the ones stated in our official company profile and product catalog. We publish only figures we can point to a document for.
Production covers the full chain in-house: PCB assembly on chip mounters, wave soldering, sub-assembly of the control, power and interface boards, mechanical assembly into benchtop, rack-mount or cabinet enclosures, wiring and final assembly at dedicated workstations.
PCB assembly, soldering, assembly, test and packing are carried out on our own site rather than subcontracted, so process changes and quality feedback stay in one place.
Lines are organised by product family — benchtop, linear, multi-channel, high-power, rack-mount and cabinet — so each family is built with the tooling it needs.
Customer-branded builds follow the same line and the same test steps as our own models. Tell us the model and market and we will confirm what can be adapted.
Every unit passes through staged checks before it is released: incoming inspection on key components, in-process checks after soldering and wiring, a functional test of the actual output against the specification, and a run-in period under load for high-power and rack-mount models. Units that fail a stage go back to rework and are re-tested, not passed forward.
Incoming, in-process and final checks are separate gates. A unit has to clear one before it reaches the next.
Test criteria are the published parameters of the series — the same table you can download for the model you are buying.
CE and FCC testing is carried out by external laboratories; the certificates we hold and the exact models they name are listed on the About page.
Individual test records are not published on this site. Send us the model and serial number and we will confirm what we hold for that unit.
Before packing, each unit's indication and output are checked against reference instruments on our calibrators, and adjusted where the reading drifts outside the tolerance of its series. This is the step that keeps a 300 W benchtop supply and a multi-kilowatt rack system consistent with the parameters printed in their specification tables.
We publish no calibration certificate file on this site, so nothing here should be read as one. If your qualification file needs a calibration document, send us the model and serial number through Contact Us or a Technical Document Request and we will confirm what we can supply for that unit.
Our showroom displays the current range — benchtop, linear, multi-channel, high-power, rack-mount, cabinet and electronic load families — on the same campus as production. Distributors, OEM partners and engineering teams can see the line and the products together, rather than only on a datasheet.

The same facility builds the families that professional power testing depends on: programmable and regulated DC power supplies for laboratory and R&D benches, linear supplies where low ripple matters, multi-channel supplies for board-level work, auto-ranging supplies that cover a wide range from one unit, and high-power rack-mount and cabinet systems for burn-in, aging and production test racks.
Programmable DC Power Supply
Remote control, set-point and read-back for automated test.
Linear DC Power Supply
Low-ripple output for sensitive measurement work.
High Power DC Power Supply
Burn-in, aging and high-current test benches.
Rack-Mount DC Power Supply
System integration in 19-inch racks and cabinets.
Multi-Channel DC Power Supply
Independent rails for board-level and modular work.
Auto-Range DC Power Supply
Wide voltage and current range from a single unit.
Tell us the model or the specification you need — output range, channels, ripple, interface or rack format — and we will come back with what we can build, including private-label and OEM options.
