Technical Resources

Every technical document we can publish in one place: catalogs, datasheets (parameter tables), user manuals, certification documents, communication protocol documents, drivers and software for eTOMMENS DC power supplies. Public documents download directly from this page. Engineering documents we do not publish — firmware, CAD, mechanical drawings, OEM and customisation papers — are supplied on request.

Two Ways to Get a Document

eTOMMENS designs and manufactures programmable, regulated and high-power DC power supplies in Dongguan, China. The resources below document that engineering and manufacturing capability. There are two ways to get a document from us, and the difference is simply whether we publish the file openly or release it after confirming the model and the application.

Level 1

Public Downloads

Product catalogs, series datasheets and parameter tables, user manuals, and the certification documents we hold. These download straight from this page — no account, no registration and no email request. The link on every row points at the original file under its original filename.

Level 2

Request Technical Documents

Engineering documents we do not publish openly: protocol and communication references, software and drivers, firmware, CAD and mechanical drawings, calibration documents, OEM and customisation papers, and application-specific engineering notes. Tell us the model and what you need them for and we will confirm what we can release.

There is no login, no registration, no password and no customer account area on this site. Level 1 files are open; Level 2 documents are handled through the contact channels below.

Level 1 · Public Downloads

Four document types are published here and download straight from this page: product catalogs, datasheets and parameter tables, user manuals, and certification documents. Communication & protocol documents, software, firmware and drawings are not published as files — the cards for those point to the request section so you never land on an empty link.

The tables below list only the files published on this site, under their original filenames. Certification scope is also summarised on the Certifications & Honors section of the About page, with the exact models each certificate names.

Search covers document titles and document types. Every result links to a real file that downloads directly — no account and no email request needed.

Document type Document Type

Level 1 — these files download without an account. Looking for firmware, CAD, mechanical drawings or OEM documents? They are handled under Request Technical Documents below.

Level 2

Request Technical Documents

Some documents are not published on an open page, because whether they apply depends on the exact model, the interface option and what you are building. Tell us the model and the purpose and we will confirm what we can release for it.

Communication & Protocol Documents

SCPI command tables, Modbus register maps, serial-interface setup notes and programming references. Tell us the series and the interface option fitted to your unit.

Software & Drivers

USB driver, serial debugging tools, CRC calculators, the PowerDC Modbus utility and example code. Supplied on request so the build matches your unit.

Firmware

Available per series and per hardware revision. Give us the model and the current version you run.

CAD & Mechanical Drawings

Panel cut-outs, mounting dimensions and rack or cabinet fit — for system integration and rack design.

Calibration Documents

Where your qualification file requires one, send the model and serial number and we will confirm what we can supply.

OEM & Private-Label Documents

Branding, labelling and packaging specifications, plus what can be adapted on a customer-branded build.

Customisation & Application Notes

Application-specific engineering notes, special output ranges and interface adaptations for your test setup.

Other Technical Documents

Anything else you need for a qualification file or an integration review — ask with the model number and we will say what exists.

How to request

Send the model or series, the interface option if relevant, and a one-line description of what the document is for. Requests go to our engineering and sales team directly — there is no form to register for, no password and no account area on this site.

Or write directly to steven@etommensglobal.com for OEM, private-label and distribution enquiries, or wendy@etommensglobal.com for technical and order support..

We list no firmware version, drawing number or calibration claim here, because none of those documents is published on this site. Everything in this section is confirmed against the specific model before it is sent to you.

How to Get a File

1. Find the document

Use the keyword search or pick a document type, then locate the title that matches your model or series. Level 1 files are all listed above.

2. Download it

Click Download on the row. The link points at the original file on this site, under its original filename, so what you receive is exactly what we hold. No account and no email request are needed.

3. Check it matches your unit

Compare the series name and the revision in the filename against the label of your unit. If they differ, send us the model number and we will confirm which revision applies.

Only the files listed above are published on this site. If the document you need is not here — firmware, CAD, mechanical drawings, OEM or customisation papers, or a calibration document — use Request Technical Documents, email wendy@etommensglobal.com, or write to steven@etommensglobal.com for OEM and distribution matters, with your model number.

Technical Resources FAQ

Are these the original files?

Yes. Each row links to a document file we hold, published under its original filename and without rewriting it, so the spelling in a filename is ours too. If a manual or certificate is not listed, we do not publish it — ask us and we will confirm first.

Which document do I need for remote control?

Open the Communication Protocol tab. The SCPI and Modbus command lists, the LAN module appendix, the address-code note and the programming manual are all published there as separate files; pick the one that matches your series (SP / SPL / SPV, P / C series, rack series or module series) and your interface.

Is there an application-specific document list?

No application notes, circuit descriptions or selection worksheets are published as files at the moment, so there is no tab for them on this page rather than an empty one. Series-level selection guidance is on the Applications page, and battery charging, aging and burn-in material would need to be released by our engineers first.

What are the "Datasheets (Parameter Tables)"?

They are the series parameter tables we use internally for each product family — output ranges, resolution, ripple and interface options — published as Excel or PDF files under their original filenames, including filenames written in Chinese. Each table covers a series, not an individually certified unit; the specification table for a specific model is on its product page.

Do you provide calibration certificates?

We publish no calibration certificate file on this site, so nothing here should be treated as one. If your qualification file needs a calibration document, send us the model and serial number and we will confirm what we can supply for that unit.
